Today is International Women’s Day! These words came to me and, well, I always listen to the voices in my head. I posted in on Facebook then thought, hmmm…..I think I’ll add it to my collection and put it on my blog. Because why not? I also started a new job TODAY so this woman is feeling pretty proud of herself right now! #proudwoman
This year’s theme is #choosetochallenge. I challenge notions, ideas, beliefs. I challenge my mind, my body, myself; and I challenge others. I even wrote a BOOK about challenges! (#bookplug, get you a copy of my book – 12 Fitness Challenges for 12 Months: Go from ordinary to EXTRAORDINARY in 30 Days or Less – on Amazon). Sometimes it’s about challenging your view of the world and how you see other people.

Guess what? I’m an international woman. I’m a British born, to Nigerian parents (British-Nigerian!), I live in America and I work for an Indian Multi-national company. I’ve think I’ve just covered the major CONTINENT groups of the world! #phenomenalwoman

I was feeling inspired today on so many levels! I had a break to recharge for my first day and I am CHARGED. I spent a few days in Arizona hiking the great outdoors, very socially distant compliant too! This gives me an opportunity to tell a story…. as I do!
